Poster presentations are also welcome. To give more exposure to their work delegates who are offered a poster presentation will present their work in mini oral presentations of 5 minutes (Rapid Fire Poster Presentation).

RAPID-FIRE POSTER PRESENTATION INFORMATION AND CHECKLIST

The Rapid-Fire Poster Presentation format is an exciting presentation style. Presenters will be given the opportunity to present the data in their poster in a 5-minute presentation including one minute for questions and discussion (i.e. 4min+1min), using a maximum of 5 PowerPoint slides to support their presentation.

Rapid-Fire Poster Presentations will be as per times in the program.

AUDIO VISUAL:

The following equipment is supplied as standard in the session rooms:

• Screen
• Data projector & laptop (with ability to play videos)

Please highlight the major contribution of your work in the 5-slides:

• The aim of your research
• The importance of the subject
• The methodology followed
• Results and conclusions.

Please bring your presentation with you on a USB. To assist us with correctly identifying your presentation, please name your presentation files in the following format: [Session Type] [Name] Eg. Rapid Fire: Maria_Smith.ppt.
